Guest guest Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 Au Gratin Green Beans - Crock Pot 2 16-oz cans green beans, drained 1/4 cup diced onions 1/2 cup cubed mild cheddar cheese 1/4 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper sliced almonds for garnish (optional) Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Did you use the French cut beans, or the regular cut beans, or the whole beans/ I think I would use French cut. If you don't have an objection to Velveta cheese it also works.
