After counting, I find I have four.

One is a very tiny one that I got free with a larger crock pot. I also have

a larger round and an oval one. I think I purchased the oval one because I

was cooking something that would not fit well in the round. Now both of

these where purchased " on sale " at Kohl's.

My other crock pot is, I believe a three qt. one with a Corning Ware liner.

This is the one I use over and over and it is the oldest. Don't know if

they even make this kind anymore. There are iris flowers on the corning ware

liner.

I have a large one and a small one. Mostly I use the large one when cooking

for the family. The small one I use when I want to make something only I will

eat. My daughter and family live in the big house and I live in a lovely

apartment downstairs. Often I cook for all of us and sometimes I am cooking

just for me.

I have a 1.5 litre (1.58 US quart) " 2 portion " slow cooker which I got

from Lakeland (for UK group members) like this one, except that mine is

an older model and it is round instead of oval:

I find that this makes about 5 portions of soup or stew for me -

perhaps I'm not a big eater. I sometimes toy with the idea of buying a

larger slow cooker so that I could cook some of the desserts and other

recipes from Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker which require a

baking tin or other container to be placed inside the slow cooker -

mine just isn't big enough for that.

Medium size old Rival is my favroite. I do use the large one for

crockpoty spaghetti when we have a bunch of people over.

Me and Granpaw like this big old crockpot I found at a thrift shop. It

makes big pots of soups, beans and stews and this way we have leftovers

for more meals. I had a other one but it broke last year.

I use an older model with high, low and off. It's a standard sized

Rival. It's still going strong, found it at a garage sale, it was very

gently used..

Large one older model though. The newest versions get too

hot for my recipes.

I have four crocks.  2 - six quart, a 4 quart, and a little 1 1/2 (?) quart.   I

have a family of 7, so I use the large crocks the most, but I have been known to

have two going at the same time.  Right now I have black eyed peas in my little

one for my hubby's supper tonight since I am off to my mom's to help her put up

beans, tomatoes, cukes, and possible make zucchini bread.  We are storing our

acorns for the winter!!

     Many Sundays I take my crock pot to church and stay all day in town.  We

live quite a distance from our church and gas is ridiculous.  I love my crock

pot.

I don't even know the size of the one I have. Is there a spot on the

crock pot that will tel me this.

I have two six-quart Kitchen Kettles (by Presto) and looooove them. I

bulk cook and then freeze meals this way. Hate to cook, and having

them plus the bread machine makes it so much easier (and cheaper) to

eat " from scratch " meals.

I am a new vegetarian and I'm collecting your recipes so I don't have

many to share. Thank you for all the recipes--my husband loves

pieroges and I definitely will try the Pieroges in Pepper Shallot Sauce!

I have two large crockpots (7qt) ; two small (1.5 qt) and one combined 1.5 qt

and rice steamer.  I use the crockpots more in the cooler weather.  I do use an

average of 2-3 for a dinner sometimes.

hi all,

 

i have 4, only 2 are mine, a larger one and a smaller one. the other 2 are

left behinds from my mother. she had only 2, i asked my sister if she wanted

either or both of them, she already had 3.

 

does this mean i win once? probably not?
