Guest guest Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 Hello Everyone, This is off subject but I live in Katy Texas and we're looking at having to " deal " with whatever Hurricane Ike brings ashore. Not to inquire about anyone's religion but I'd like to ask those who pray to please say a prayer for us and anyone else to please send positive thoughts our way. We are not in a mandatory evacuation zone and we're staying home. We've boarded up and bought food, thank heavens for fruit cups, crackers, granola bars and Amy's Organics canned soups! DH and my sons aren't vegetarians so it was a little easier buying for them. We haven't seen any rain or wind yet but we shouldn't expect anything until sometime tonight so we'll be doing the last minute prep around 4:00 pm. Thank you for your time!
