Guest guest Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 Crockpot French No-Egg Rice Pudding 1 cup raw converted rice ( I use Uncle Ben's ) 2 1/2 cups milk 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 lemon rind, slivered 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-Half, chilled Place all the ingredients except the cream in the crockpot and stir once.
