Guest guest Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 Crockpot Chunky Potato Soup 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces 3 stalks of celery 2 onions chopped 1 carrot peeled and sliced 4 vegetarian bouillon cubes 1 T. Parsley flakes 5 c. Water Pepper 1/3 c. Butter or margarine 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or soy creamer Chopped chives Put all ingredients except milk & chives in a crockpot.
