Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 Crockpot Indian Pudding Ingredients 1 cup yellow cornmeal 1/2 cup molasses 1/4 cup each sugar, butter or margarine 1/4 tsp. each salt, baking soda 2 eggs 6 cups hot milk, divided Directions In a saucepan, combine all ingredients with 3 cups of milk. When I was a child in the 1960's, I loved this when they served it at the Howard Johnsons restuarants with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
