Guest guest
From my friend Arwen Nightstar <arwennightstar Cabbage Burritos Recipe By : Arwen's friend Cathy A. Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dish Mexican Vegetables 1/2 a head of cabbage, shredded 2 large onions, sliced and chopped into halves oil cumin tortillas (corn or flour, your choice) salsa sour cream In a heavy skillet (you know I adore cast iron) put a small (and I mean small..tablespoon or less) of oil. Dump the cabbage and the onion in and turn on the fire. Start putting cumin on it now. Put a heavy lid on it to encourage the cooking down process. The fire doesn't have to be on NUKE 'EM...just medium is fine. Check and stir and add cumin frequently. I just open the lid, stir, shake, and close it. Once the cabbage is tender, scoop some onto a tortilla (I prefer flour for this dish) and add some salsa and some sour cream. Eat up. Be warned..this is a messy messy dish! x Rain @@@@ \\\\\
