cucumber-tomato-sandwich recipe

A nice quick sandwich that I used to make for lunch would be toasted whole

wheat bread with these ingredients in between:

 

Tomato

Cucumber

Lettuce

 

Then you top it with salad dressing. We used to get a Ranch flavoured salad

dressing that didn't have any raw egg in it (I can't stand the thought of

raw egg in my food, anyway, eewww), but we haven't been able to find it

anymore, so I basically just use whatever creamy dressing is around. It

makes for a nice, quick " Salad On Toast " sandwich!

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

1 med cucumber sliced

1 large tomato sliced

lettuce
