Guest guest
I have a recipe for Fettuccine Alfonso from the UnCheese Cookbook, but I do not have how much Tahini is supposed to be used in the recipe. Could someone with this recipe or the cookbook please let me know how much Tahini to use? Thank you!! Guest guest
Cardomom is a spice. The pods are just the whole form they come in. Just like buying cinnamon sticks instead of ground cinnamon or whole pepper corns instead of ground pepper. If you can't find it in the store, you (depending on how it's used it the recipe) could probably substitute ground cardomom. Guest guest
McCormick brand (among others) has ground cardamom-- I got it at the grocery store. -Sandy Dlfnluvr wrote: > I couldn't find ground cardomom either.
