Christine,

 

Casein sometimes labeled as sodium caseinate is a by-product of milk and is

therefore not vegan. It is a question of personal choice. I have

eliminated all animal products from my diet, cosmetics, clothing etc. so

casein is a no-no for me.

Seems silly to me to have a dairy ingredient in soy cheese. The point of soy

cheese is it to be non dairy. Rachel
