I am really looking forward to getting some new ideas... I think that my cooking is really in a rut right now. I would especially like some suggestions for cooking with tempeh. We substitute, instead, a very firm " snacking " tofu made by White Wave. It comes in these flavors: Italian, Thai, Oriental, and Mexican.
