Marie from Poole on the South Coast of England, so Liz, there is at least one other from the UK on this list. I've been veggie for years, but am married to a carnivore so need to make veggie eating interesting for him, as well as quick and easy, so am keen to find any recipes fitting that bill. Postings I've received so far are interesting, if numerous, so have signed up to receive the digest - thanks for that advice. Go to the group's web site at and click " messages " in the menu on the far left of the page. This will bring up a listing of all the messages posted to the list since the list's beginnings. The list includes dates, subject lines, authors. Just click on any you wish to see and the full text will be brought up. Someone asked about tofu earlier today. We just (last couple of weeks) had quite a series of posts about ways to use tofu. Perhaps the archives might be a good source for those who've joined since that discussion.
