Guest guest
GIve me your recipe and I will share my secret..... Just kidding...the secret is adding cornstarch and pulsing it in your food processor. It does not come out as great...but works in cooking. If you are making a cooked frosting then it will work fine...if you are using something else it will probably work but may taste a tad pasty. I suppose you could cook it into a simple syrup w/ the cornstrach, allow it to cool, whip it thick, and then incorporate it into your uncooked frosting recipe to eliminate any pasty aftertaste.
