If you have a trader joes you have got to try their new orgnanic veggie pizza. It has whole wheat crust, olives, artichokes, pepers, and I do not know what else. The pizza says served 3 but it made 2 meals for me. It goes from freezer to oven in 8 minutes its done and you would swear it is fresh not frozen. The colst is $3- something. mmmmm

If you don't eat cheese because you are vegan, beware of casein, a milk

protein. Most store bought pizzas that advertise themselves as " dairy free "

have it.

I am new to this site, and the whole email thing. I hope I am doing this

right, I have selected reply & I noticed that it attaches all of the

previous messages. Anyways, thanks for the info on the no cheese pizza. My

husband & I are vegan, our son is lactose intolerant. We can't wait to try

it!!

I love Trader Joes' dried fruit and nut section. Some of my favorites

are: wasabi peas, wasabi black beans, dried mango (not sugar coated)

and any of their roasted/unsalted nuts.
