Guest guest Posted February 7, 2001 Report Share Posted February 7, 2001 Vegan Spinach-Tofu Balls 1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 cup tofu, crumbled 1/4 cup gluten flour 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Combine the gluten flour with the breadcrumbs. Next, add the garlic and onion powder. Mix well. Now add in the spinach followed by the tofu. Spoon teaspoon-sized balls onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
