Guest guest Posted April 20, 2001 Report Share Posted April 20, 2001 Diabetic, Vegan Low-fat Tahini Dressing 1/4 c. tahini, sesame seed paste 1/2 c. water, or more 1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed 1 garlic clove, crushed Mix all ingredients. The mixture should be the consistency of a creamy salad dressing. Add more water, if necessary. Makes 3/4 c. Calories...31...Fat...1 g...Fiber...1 g. Exchanges...1 fat.
