Guest guest
I do and it's great 2 cups whole-wheat flour 1 cup unbleached flour 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup applesauce 2-3 bananas 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour, water and applesauce together thoroughly. Blend bananas into a frothy cream. Add bananas and all the rest of the ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix well. Place into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. delairen <delairen Wednesday, April 25, 2001 7:15 PM Vegan Banana Bread? >Hey everyone... Guest guest
Never tried it in a bread maker but it really doesn't need to be done that way. Once you add the ingredients you just stir a little bit and put in the oven.
