Guest guest
I love the recipes on this list! They taste great and are sooo easy to make. Thank you. I am writing because I have been invited to a gardening, arts and crafts party. I've never been to one of these affairs, everyone is veggie or vegun and I am in charge of the deserts. :0 If any of you know a few tasty veggie/ vegan summer deserts I'd be so happy to get them. Thanks. Karen epiphany35b
Guest guest
This is not 100% vegan due to the eggs, but it sure is a crowd pleaser: (think an egg substitute can work?) SUNSHINE CAKE cake: 1 box yellow cake mix (sweet rewards brand was reccomended) 1/4 cup apple sauce 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup Frosting: 1 container light non dairy whipped topping 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 1 can crushed pineapple in juice 1. For the cake, preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together all the cake ingredients until moist. beat by hand for 2 minutes. 2. Coat a 13 " x 9 " cake pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan, Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, Cool completely. 3. For the frosting: In a large bowl, mix together all the frosting ingredients until well blended, Spread over the cake. Store in the refrigerator, serves 16. 212 cal 3 g protein 41 g carb 4 grams fat 53 mg cholest. ..5 grms fiber > " KAREN M.
