Guest guest
Mango Lassi Ingredients: 1 cup plain soy yogurt 2 cups water 1 tsp rosewater (optional) 6 tbs sugar 8 tbs mango pulp (best & easiest if canned) Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds. For a thicker lassi, add more yogurt and a bit more mango. I never concern myself with exact measures. Also, many people like to play with the amount of sugar and mango to vary the sweetness- that is always good, but try it this way first. Serves: 2 & 1/2 Preparation time: 2 minutes

Guest guest
Lassi - Sweet #2 Ingredients: 1 scoop Ice 2 scoops Yoghurt 1 splash Lemon juice 8 handfuls Sugar 3 pinches Salt 1 squirt Rosewater or vanilla (Rosewater can be found in some health food stores, often sold as a beauty aid. It used to be used as a common flavoring before vanilla became generally available) Mixing instructions: Mix them all together in a blender. The measurements are not precise because you oughtta just throw everything in to taste.
