Guest guest
Hi, Planning a barbecue next week......that's if the rain actually stops here in Wales. I've had many successful vegetarian barbecues, usually based around veg burgers.....but does anybody have any other ideas? Incidentally....ever tried the old bananas wrapped in tin foil and then placed on the barbecue for five minutes trick. Delicious with some cream or honey....or even as it is. Guest guest
I like veggie kabobs. I thread a variation of mushrooms, zucchini, onion pieces, red and/or green peppers, and potato pieces if you want, on the metal kabobs & marinate them in italian dressing for an hour or so. Then grill on a grill plate. I have one that has holes in it so they get grilled without the veggies falling through the grate. The italian dressing caramelizes & they turn out very delicious.
