Guest guest Posted July 28, 2001 Report Share Posted July 28, 2001 Zucchini Parmesan 6 medium sliced zucchini 2 chopped green onions 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese In a skillet, saute zucchini and green onions in butter until tender.
