Where did you get that from? Is there a website you

can look it up on? It would be nice to be able to get

that information about other vegetables.

I found the cucumber analysis at the following website. It was a website

for cucumbers. I am sure that you can find the nutritional value of other

vegetables somewhere on the net by doing a search. If I can't find what I

am looking for using one search engine, I can usually find it using

another. Kendra
