Guest guest Posted August 9, 2001 Report Share Posted August 9, 2001 ZUCCHINI ITALIAN Zucchini cut into chunks Onion slices Tomatoes Mozzarella, Jack or Cheddar cheese Oregano Salt In a casserole dish, layer zucchini, onion and slices of cheese.
