Guest guest
Dotto for me too everyone. I am new to this veggie thing and am not too sure how to get protein since I don't like tofu . I think I will still keep eating eggs and dairy for awhile. How do you combine foods to get the whole protein? Thanks for any info. Have thought about making the switch to meatless for some time.Never quite got up the courage to make the plunge. My probelm is don't Ireally eat very healthy let alone meatfree. (I don't really like to cook)These quick recipes should be just the thing. Any advice or suggestionsgreatly appreciated. Especially recipes that are veggy versions of popularmeat dishes. (I'm hoping a gradual switch to tofu and lentils and all thoseother things I know nothing about will help ease the transition for myselfand the rest of my family.Lisacontact owner: -owner Mail list: Delivered-mailing list List-Un: - no flaming arguing or denigration of others allowedcontact owner with complaints regarding posting/list or anything else. Guest guest
I eat legumes, nuts, and various seeds for protein. Braggs aminos are also good. I figure that I couldn't need more protein than an elephant! I am severely lactose intolerant, that is the main reason I stay away from dairy. You have to do what is best for you, and read as much as you can from all sources. It is better to be well informed than second guess at things. Good Luck with your program!
