Dotto for me too everyone. I am new to this veggie thing and am not too sure how to get protein since I don't like tofu . I think I will still keep eating eggs and dairy for awhile. How do you combine foods to get the whole protein? Thanks for any info.

I eat legumes, nuts, and various seeds for protein. Braggs aminos are

also good. I figure that I couldn't need more protein than an elephant! I

am severely lactose intolerant, that is the main reason I stay away from

dairy. You have to do what is best for you, and read as much as you can

from all sources. It is better to be well informed than second guess at
