Guest guest
okay.. so I had a really bad migraine yesterday.. and a craving for Carrot juice .. which makes sense, since carrots naturally up the seratonin level in the brain.. something that drugs like Imitrix does as well. (>>> I meant to mention that Donna!) sooo.. I juice up a bunch of carrots.. YUM.. but am left with all that pulp.. what to do? what to do? ... so I searched online for recipes.. I was thinking CAKE! YUM... well.. found some things, online and in my own books.. ended up concocting my own vegan carrot cake type recipe..it's baking now.. and if all goes well, I'll share the recipe! lol if not.. I'll delete this post, and pretend I have NO IDEA what you are talking about! =) it smells good anyway! =) Jenni

I wanted to share though - at my favorite MD restuarant (thevegetablegarden.com), they have a juice bar, and the same results - leftover carrot pulp! You know how Italian restaurants put bread on the table when you're seated, and mexican restaurants chips? This place has a sesame bread, with a middle layer that is the carrot pulp. It's rather flat, but definitely a bread, not a wrap type thing... I'm not sure how they make it but it delicious!
