I ws wondering if anyone had any suggestions for lunch box meals for her?!Thanks!"In the present position of the planets, it's impossible to say;Just when I'll find my course again, with the boulders in my way.I should be rolling down the skyway on my cosmic wheels;Instead of stumbling down this highway on my boots of steel"Source: Cosmic Wheels by Donovan

She is 10. She loves most fruits and veggies, any junk food

(although I have stopped giving them to her), She does not like

bread and she tells me she is tired of salads. I tried wraps, but

she wasn't fond of them either. She has become quite picky. She

does eat yogurt and cottage cheese. I need to get more p[rotien in

her diet. Does that help??

Hi I'm Susan. When my daughter was little I used to core apples, slice

them in half and fill with things like peanut butter and sunflower seeds.

Another favorite was frozen bananas blended with a little milk,

protein powder, peanut butter, and carob powder; or a different kind of

fruit.

I used to give her these " shakes " for breakfast sometimes and she

absolutely loved them and was sure she was getting away with not

having a healthy breakfast,lol.

*waves back* Hi Chanda.

A few other fillings with the peanut butter could be

raisins,coconut,shredded carrotts,carob chips.

She also loved frozen peas.Really.It made a great take along snack and

would help keep other stuff cool.
