Now this makes me wonder how much gelatin I have innocently consumed.

right! and here I was going around screaming my praises of cooper sharp

cheese, only to find out it, and many many other cheeses contain animal

rennet, which is the lining of a calves stomach. The calf has to be used

because it needs to be only milk fed!

check out this link, it gives a lot of information for us, after reading

what it says about free range eggs, I think I will be taking another step

towards veganism. Here I thought I was being so good in only buying free

range eggs, go to this site and click the eggs and dairy link, but the whole
