We'd like to introduce a " TTV " (Tip, Technique or Veggie) of the

Month, starting September 1st. Lots of people seemed to enjoy the

pastry tips, the bread tips... what kinds of things would you like

discussed in a short little how-to? Is there anything you haven't

done, but want to try? Or a veggie you've seen but never dared buy?

Come on, let us know!! :-)

I think a good topic would be " uncommon " veggies.

Like jicama, kale, rutabaga etc. that most people don't know how to cook

because we didn't grow up with them.

what do you think?

Chanda

I'd like more help on uses different spices. I tend to use the same

ones over and over: cumin, paprika, onion powder, cracked pepper,

italian seasoning.

I'd like ideas on using common spices in uncommon ways.

Did you mean starting Oct 1, or have I missed a tip already?

Love the idea!
