Guest guest
We'd like to introduce a " TTV " (Tip, Technique or Veggie) of the Month, starting September 1st. Lots of people seemed to enjoy the pastry tips, the bread tips... what kinds of things would you like discussed in a short little how-to? Is there anything you haven't done, but want to try? Or a veggie you've seen but never dared buy? Come on, let us know!! :-) *TTVhugs* Amy
Guest guest
I think a good topic would be " uncommon " veggies. Like jicama, kale, rutabaga etc. that most people don't know how to cook because we didn't grow up with them. what do you think? hugs, Chanda - " Amy " <sandpiperhiker Wednesday, September 14, 2005 7:33 PM Introducing the TTV... > We'd like to introduce a " TTV " (Tip, Technique or Veggie) of the > Month, starting September 1st. Guest guest
I'd like more help on uses different spices. I tend to use the same ones over and over: cumin, paprika, onion powder, cracked pepper, italian seasoning. I'd like ideas on using common spices in uncommon ways. Did you mean starting Oct 1, or have I missed a tip already? Love the idea!
