Have you seen the new " white wheat " breads? I guess they've just

bleached the entire wheat kernel, rather than milling then bleaching

the endosperm. Anyway, my in-laws like it, so it may be worth a try

for you - more fiber, but still white?

I honestly don't know! I remember the commercial had a bunch of

marching bands... we're supposed to call FIL tonight, so I'll ask!
