Tabbouleh with Acini Di Pepe Pasta (or orzo) 8 oz. acini di pepe pasta cooked according to directions on box1 cup chopped fresh mint1 cup chopped fresh parsley3 cups chopped peeled and seeded tomatoesDressing--------------1 clove minced garlic3 tblsps. lemon juice1/4 cup olive oilsalt & pepper to tasteMix dressing and combine with pasta and vegetables.
