Instead of using bulgur try this delicious version, and orzo also works if you can't find acini de pepe in the pasta isle of the grocery store.

Tabbouleh with Acini Di Pepe Pasta (or orzo)

8 oz. acini di pepe pasta cooked according to directions on box1 cup chopped fresh mint1 cup chopped fresh parsley3 cups chopped peeled and seeded tomatoesDressing--------------1 clove minced garlic3 tblsps. lemon juice1/4 cup olive oilsalt & pepper to tasteMix dressing and combine with pasta and vegetables. Chill and when ready toserve stir again. Adjust lemon juice and olive oil to your liking.
