I love kohlrabi, it does look like a space ship though.LOL I love chard and kale thanks to Susie. She had posted a soup with kale in and that's the first time I ever tried kale. I decided to try swiss chard also and loved it. Hooked now...Donnaglpveg4life wrote:

 

 

Kohlrabi I forgot about kohlrabi. My parents used to grow this in there garden when I was a kid. I love it raw with dip or in salad.

They also grew swiss chard, I never did like swiss chard. Another veggie they grew was beets I like beets can't stand the beet greens. My parents used to boil them, they just were limp and yucky.
