Corona Marinade recipe posting

I like to marinade my tofu steak in,and even other food I BBQ. Don't forget to drink the leftover beer in the bottle too. I don't cook a whole lot but I like doing BBQ, it's easy for a guy I think. I found many good recipes in the files that look easy so I will try some of them. Thank you everyone for all the good cooking information in the posts.

 

Corona Marinade

 

1 1/2 cups of Corona beer but other brands work but this is my favorite one

1/2 oil like canola

1 garlic clove chopped up fine

1/2 onion chopped up fine

2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

1 teaspoon of salt

1 serrano or jalapeno pepper chopped up fine-I use 2 peppers

a little pile of chopped cilantro

 

Mix the beer and oil and stir it slowly until all blended.

Add the other ingredients and marinade tofu for 2 hours before you cook it.

Put in the refrigerator to marinade.
