Guest guest
Yes, he is an incredible song writer and his voice never bothered me. In fact I like it, it's very distinct. The best thing that I learned from the documentary is that he was born as Robert Zimmerman. Hey did any of you see Masked and Anonymous? Quirky movie, with Bob Dylan attempting to act, but I loved it. Also, which movie did he get the Acadamy Award for best original song?...ah just found it Wonder Boys (2000). My ex turned me onto Dylan. I've had the opportunity to see him in concert once at the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington. One of my favorite songs is Baby, I'm in the Mood for You. I DO love lay lady lay though....... well I liked some of his other music a whole lot more before DH started getting into it big time and for the past 2 years now he plays it over and over. If I complain he does me a big favor and puts it on the headphones..... what is worse than hearing Bob Dylan over and over? hearing DH sing to bob Dylan loudly with headphones on in his bob Dylan voice. That's enough to make you commit suicide. > > Blessings, > Chanda
Guest guest
Dylan's " Rainy Day Womnan " everybody must get stoned. Now that was the best song. I have to take his voice in small doses though. Now Rod Stewart I will never tire of and as Marianne Faithful aged and her voice got raspy it only sounds better to me. Wow! That special on Dylan might not be that great to watch after all. He's very private so it's probably a bunch of clips of TV, movies, articles, etc. Donna , " organic_homestead " <organic_homestead> wrote: > Yes, he is an incredible song writer and his voice never bothered me. > In fact I like it, it's very distinct. In the one episode I watched, they would have a clip of him, then clips of other people talking about what he just said. I would like to see the second half still.
