Guest guest
I was a smoking vegetarian, and it took getting pregnant to quit. But now I don't even think about it (it's been over 4 years) and just think it stinks!!!!! Keep yourself busy, not leaving any time to smoke. It not only kills you, but it also steals away all that time from your life. It takes like 10 mins to smoke a cigarette, 10X20 is 200 minutes if you smoke one pack/day. That's over 3 hours, and 3X7 is 21 so almost a whole day was wasted smoking/week!!!! Is that right?? Wish I would've thought of it this way years ago;) Nicole , " paulvatoloco " <paulvatoloco> wrote: > > Hi Chanda, > You can do it, you will quit. Guest guest
me too paul!!! I won't drink any for a while though, until I have a better handle on the quitting, maybe a month or two. Thanks for the encouragement. Hugs, Chanda - paulvatoloco Thursday, October 06, 2005 1:38 PM Re: GOT A QUESTION.... Chanda about smoking Hi Chanda, You can do it, you will quit. Guest guest
OMG Nicole you are so right. Since I can only smoke in my room I find I am in my room more and more, while the rest of the family is downstairs. I never thought of it that way, that is over 6 1/2 hours per day!!! (two packs) wow! thanks, Chanda - Nicole Thursday, October 06, 2005 2:43 PM Re: GOT A QUESTION.... Chanda about smoking I was a smoking vegetarian, and it took getting pregnant to quit.
