Hello JLyn, there you are. How is the wok? Still ready to get seasoned.LOL

What brand of meatless chicken fillets did you buy? I've only see the Veat

nuggets and then the breaded patties for sandwiches.

One more day and then time to relax. We can do it.......Donna

Hola!

How is every one doing? I am ok. Tired about ready to take a nap LOL.

I tried a new product yesterday. It was rather good!

I bought meatless garlic " chicken " fillets (all soy protein). I sprayed some

veggie oil on the Formen and grilled them up. Mustard, lettuce on an oion bun.

Very yummy. I had it again for dinner today LOL!

Anyway! I new people! You'll love it here in VEGGIE PEOPLE HEAVEN! Love ya!

I've been pretty happy with practically all of Morningstar's products outside

of their new (to me) chik'n strips. The bag states, " just add to your

favorite recipe. " Tried it in a stir fry....shudder. While the taste wasn't

bad, I

found that it got limp and kind of slimy and I just couldn't eat it. It's

definitely not something you could serve to carnivores and have them rave about

it. LOL I have a bag of their " steak " strips in the freezer also, but am

hestitant to even try them.

I'm curious, too. I love meatless chicken filets. Morningstar Farms does a

great slightly spicy patty. And I also love just about any style of

" chicken " that Quorn makes. I'm sure some people on this list have opinions

about Quorn, but I love it and neither I nor my husband ever had any

" issues " after eating it. Although I have to admit, I was mighty scared the

first time I tried it, after all the horror stories I'd read.

I, too, love all the Quorn chickn & turky products. We love making the

roast and then having turky sandwiches, YUM! However, I did have a

problem with their other products. I tried their grounds and I'm not

sure if I used too much or what but I had a digestive problem that

night that wasn't nice. I've been weary ever since of all grounds

products thinking that the high concentration of protein might have

affected me, but I don't have any problem with the Smart Grounds.

I try not to buy too many Morningstar Farms products because they are

so full of products. Have you read their ingredients labels? Geesh,

it's a novel!
