I have a hard time sleeping since I'm insomniac and a few years ago people were telling me to take chromium. I got a bottle at the health food store and took it. The first night I had some unsettling dream and I thought it was just a dream and didn't relate it to the chromium, until I took it the next night and I had such a horrid dream it bothered me for weeks. That stuff went right into the trash. MSG in food will do that to me also.
