Donna- Just a suggestion. I know you say that you are an insommiac,

but I just read a magazine article today about Kava extract helping

people get to sleep. People were tested and 99% of the people that

took it had success versus the people who took a placebo. Take a

dropper full and put it in a glass of water. I have website for

capsules and will give it to you later if interested. My hubby has

trouble sleeping and I am going to give this a try. Said that it

helps with anxiety to gotta run thanks, Heather--- In

chromium. I got a bottle at the health food store and took it. The

first night I had some unsettling dream and I thought it was just a

dream and didn't relate it to the chromium, until I took it the

next night and I had such a horrid dream it bothered me for weeks.

That stuff went right into the trash. MSG in food will do that to

me also. Donna

I have used that in the past with good results; however I stopped

using it because I remember reading some health issues about it...

can't remember what but I know it was enough for me to stop.

Ah ha, good ol' Google: some rare liver problems
