hmmm.. I wonder if you could put the cd on random and then it might

what works best for me is working several 16 hour shifts in a row after the

third or forth it doesnot matter what i do i just fall asleep.

LOL.. that's pretty much how I do it too.

 

actually, we did get a REALLY really good bed, and it has helped some..

but for the most part I just think some people don't need as much sleep

as others.

the only time I have 'problems' with my insomnia is when it bothers my

husband.

 

I should probably jus tget out of bed and use the time to my

advantage.. =)

 

when I get good and tired I do tend to sleep better.. deeper..

eventually.
