--- thanks for carob info : ). I was actually just going to post on

what to do with it. I just picked some up in Amish country dirt cheap

but it smells wonderful. I found lots of heirloom beans there and it's

a sad day when in-laws are getting excited about the pies and pastries

there and me--beans and grains : ).......

PS-- Swedish Apple Pie is awesome--baked it in my cast-iron skillet

and have to send rest home with pastor/in-laws or I will really have

to join Weight Watchers : ).............
