Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes recipe Chanda

well far off sista, I tossed those in the oven last night and remembered I never

posted the recipe and I know you arelso love garlic. Use 6 cloves if you like

and up the potatoes to teo lbs and add a little extra olive oil since you might

want a bigger batch.You don't need to search, just ask all of us

" Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes " recipe

 

 

These are quick to make and so delicious.

 

" Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes "

 

1 1/2 lbs of red potatoes

4 cloves of garlic minced

2 Tblspns. of olive oil

1 tsp. salt

1/2 black pepper

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Toss potatoes

with remaining ingredients and place in a 9 X 13 inch roasting pan. Roast for

20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned. Stir once during roasting.

oh bummer. Silly me, I must have just gone through one of my sneezing fits when

I looked at this, I thought it said roasted garlic peppers. grrr.

not that the potatoes don't sound great, and I will make them too.

didn't it sound weird that I said I picked up 3 of them dirt cheap? LOLyou were

probably thinking, " man she is in worse shape than she says! "

No, I took it for 3 lbs actually, now put some batteries in your
