Here's a dessert that takes three minutes to cook and just one hour to set.

Because agar enhances other flavors, the dish will taste even more delicious

than the fruit juice and fruits you use to flavor it with. Use a 100% organic

juice (not a blend) and you'll be pleased with this unpretentious and satisfying

dessert.Agar, or kanten, is a remarkable seaweed that not only gels but soothes

the entire digestive tract and detoxifies the body. Better Than Jello4 cups

apple juice6 tablespoons agar flakes (or 2 teaspoons agar powder or 4 teaspoons

granular agar)2 cups fresh strawberries or other fruit except pineapple,

slicedPour the juice into a saucepan and whisk in the agar. Bring to a simmer

and cook for 10 minutes or until the agar is dissolved, stirring constantly. (If

you're using agar powder or granular agar the agar will dissolve faster.) Pour

the liquid into a shallow dish. Strew with the strawberries. Allow to sit,

uncovered, in a cool place until set, about 1 hour. To expedite

setting, refrigerate.May you be well nourished.

A great big muchas gracias amigo!!!!

this sounds great!!

also, I have yet another questions (i know you all would like me to go to bed

now). I have heard of people drinking aloe juice for digestive problems. I see

where you said it will detox. Anyone know any more about it?

thanks a bunch,

My Mom used to drink aloe for GERD (acid reflux) and it did help her.

I'm an amiga (female) hahahaha I was last time I checked....hehehehehe

Let me know if you need any sea veggie help. I have a very good book on how to

use them.

No stay up and post.........Donna
