Guest guest
Hi again! Has anyone tried using aloe vera juice as a supplement to their digestive health? I read somewhere that it's supposed to be a good soother for the digestive system. I was thinking about buying some, but all of the aloe juice I've seen in the HFS seem to have several preservatives listed. Does anyone know of a brand without preservatives? I'd hate to try to do something healthy by drinking the juice, but then counteract it by ingesting preservatives (which I don't do, if I can help it). Thanks, Christine

I have heard of people drinking aloe juice for digestive problems. I see where you said it will detox. Anyone know any more about it? > thanks a bunch, > Julie Yes, I buy Aloe Vera Juice from a friend of mine. It is different than Aloe Vera GEL. It is an excellent source for digestive problems. I would drink a capful in the morning and one at night, and noticed when I did this on a regular basis I had no reflux issues whatsoever. Haven't had any in a while, but will probably start up again as I've notice an increase of acid indigestion as my belly grows. here is one link that I found from Google: http://www.positivehealth.com/permit/Articles/Aloe%20Vera/aloinf20.htm
