A few mixtures I make: Brush roll with olive oil, sprinkle Mrs, Dash on and then a layer with grilled veggies and slice into small open face wedges Spread vegan mayo on roll and layer with thin slices of radish, cucumber, tomato and a layer of mescun leaves or butter leaf lettuce Saute onions, garlic and mushroom and layer on a roll and slice.
