Guest guest
To get your required amount of lipase is always best done naturally via your food. Avocado and nuts are a good source. If you integrate these into your daily diet you will be find. Have a slice of avocao with breakfast and one with lunch, eat a few walnuts, pecans or almonds with eat meal. You can chop walnuts and toss on your salad, when you stir fry veggies sprinkle some slivered almonds on top. It's not hard to add these to your diet, watch and see. Cold pressure oils also add lipase. Donna Julie Braswell <abnjb wrote: Hi all, I have searched and searched the web but cannot find the information I am looking for. When I was younger, I allowed a doctor to remove my gallbladder. Now that I am " health conscious " I know I need digestive enzymes, although the doc told me years ago I would not need them. I know I need lipase to help break down the good fats, etc. The question is, how much do I need? I cannot find this information anywhere. any help is appreciated, Julie

Julie don't ever feel you drive us nuts with a question. Believe me whatever question is asked there's probably 5 members that would like to know the answer themselves and we all learn from one another here. We are happy to help. You have never tasted avocado? They are my favorite. There's a Filipina lady at work that makes me avocado smoothies with soy milk, now that's different.
