Guest guest
Hi Gayle, what does? Last night I threw together this concoction and even my 8 year old liked it, except she picked the beans out. I did use a big can of mushroom soup, but all other ingredients were wholesome. I added half a batch of Donna's savory sauce, some bail, a bayleaf, a large can of black beans, undrained, a can of water chestnuts, undrained, 3 carrots, a bunch of broccoli, and some fresh green beans, and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, and a small onion finely chopped, and about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cooked in the crockpot on low for 6 hours. right before serving I added a tablespoon of ground flax seeds and 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes. Served over noodles yumz. hugs, Chanda - glpveg4life Tuesday, October 25, 2005 5:55 AM Re: Re: Hi group Whats your fav recipe for dinner? Guest guest
HI Chanda: This sounds like good meal. Not a big fan of mushrooms, however the rest sounds goo.
