Hi

Last night my husband did a stir fry of Purple cauliflower, onions, sweet

potatoes a little bit of corn and some garlic powder..

My daughter and I cooked up a boca chick patty to have with it and my

husband had meat with it and my son was not home for dinner.

Tonight I made up some pasta and broccoli and then did a stir fry for my

daughter and I of veat, some more purple cauliflower, lots of fresh chopped

garlic, a few baby bell peppers and some dried basil, sage, fennel seed, and a

little salt. Plus I cooked up some creamed spinach. Yum.

Hi

Yes the colors were wonderful.

I had never had purple cauliflower before.

And it tasted good also.

Hi Gayle,

what does?

Last night I threw together this concoction and even my 8 year old liked it,

except she picked the beans out. I did use a big can of mushroom soup, but all

other ingredients were wholesome. I added half a batch of Donna's savory sauce,

some bail, a bayleaf, a large can of black beans, undrained, a can of water

chestnuts, undrained, 3 carrots, a bunch of broccoli, and some fresh green

beans, and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, and a small onion finely chopped, and

about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cooked in the crockpot on low for 6 hours.

right before serving I added a tablespoon of ground flax seeds and 2 tablespoons

of nutritional yeast flakes. Served over noodles

yumz.

HI Chanda:

This sounds like good meal. Not a big fan of mushrooms, however the rest sounds

goo.
