Guest guest
Hi Julie, Those are easy, the roll out version takes more time. Happy you liked them. I have more goodies to post. I just finished making a pan of Swedish white brownies for Mom's doctor and his office staff gets my Big Sur brownies when I go in tomorrow. I could stay in the kitchen for days on end. Guest guest
I just thought of a short cut with these cookies. When you make it into the first " ball " , roll it into a log then put in fridge. when you take it out, you can slice it! No rolling balls! Ta Da!!! Guest guest
-Then they will be refrigerator cookies, Swedes like to use the designed cookie presses. They look like rubber stamps with a ceramic design on the bottom and we dip the press in sugar and then flatten the ball and there you go.......a design on the cookie. You can Julie-dize them and leave them in little round balls. Donna -- In , " Julie Braswell " <abnjb@c...> wrote: > > I just thought of a short cut with these cookies. It looked nice when I pressed it, but the design disappeared in the oven, so I gave it away.
