How about a vegetarian lumpia recipe. That would be wonderful. She

used to make a rice soup that was wonderful but I never got the

recipe from her.

name is Spanish for sun, right???

soleil is french for sun. actually, i just use soleil for some of my

when i detect that there's another " angela " or " zoe " in

the group - hahahaha! (those are my real names.)

i am so shocked that you know about pancit and lumpia!!! i was gonna

suggest both recipes here. i can post some varieties. ;-) what kind

of lumpia did she prepare for you? was it fresh lumpia? fried lumpia?

or lumpia without the wrapper?

;-)

soleil

(or " zoe " would be fine... unless there's another " zoe " here???)

I'm not DOnna, but oooh, a veggie lumpia would be great!!! I didn't

know there was anything other than the fried kind, but I'll take any

recipe you have...

Ohhh, a vegetarian lumpia recipe would be great!!

Years ago I had a Vietnamese neighbor who made the most wonderful fried lumpia

for me! I was so amazed that she could make the most delicious meal for us

with an incredibly small amount of meat! The lumpia was mostly vegetables but I

don't know how she flavored them. (this was before I was vegetarian!)

I would love a recipe!
