Thank you.

 

I had not seen the golden ones before I used to always buy the brown one.

 

I aksed my husband and daughter to buy some for me and they came home from

Wild Oats with the golden ones.

Funny thing, I was just reading a flax cookbook the other day and the author

said just that....use the golden flax if you don't want your family to be

aware that you're sneaking something " strange " into their food.

No. A lot of places like to say there is, but the nutritional

difference is insignificant. See the Canadian flax board site... I

don't remember the URL but remember when I researched flax a while ago

Isn't that funny? I have always use the darker ones and last time Whole Foods

had the light ones and I thought they were underdeveloped........LOL They sure

did taste the same. I think we learn something new every single day in here.

I just tell my kids its seasoning thats all, and they are ok with it.
