Guest guest
HI : I figure I could put the ground seeds into the bread dough when my daughter and I make it.. I may start putting into other things as well. I don't want to do too much sneaking of foods as I would get really angry if I found out someone was sneaking animal products into my food. When my kids were small, I was forever adding healthy, nutritious things to bread, muffins, cookies....whatever. What did they know, as long as it tasted good. LOL Even in my pre veggie days, I was always a firm believer in you are what you eat. My daughters are now grown and out of the house, but they're very food aware/conscious so it does pay off. Sneak in whatever you can, they'll thank you someday. TM
Guest guest
Thanks: My daughter and I already talked about adding it to our bread dough. I will try to find other places to put it.. I think I will also starting trying to use the flax seed egg replacer. Gayler
