I was thinking that maybe you could saute diced potatoes with corn

and incorportate something new and make soft tacos. She mnight try

that.

If she likes pasta then try something out of our recipe files. I

like to take plain pasta and toss it with a little olive oil and

sprinkle parmesan over it and bits of a favorite veggie and eat make

it a simple dish.

The frozen Morning Star non-chicken patties are really good, have you

tried the Gardenburger riblets? Those are the best.

Hope these are a few suggestions you can use.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! I have tried the Morning

Star non-chicken patties. I'll have to quit eyeballing the riblets

and try them. She'll come around I'm sure. She's healthy, that's what

matters. " Supersize Me " had a big impact on Meg - kind of like " The

Jungle " did on me I guess. I'll keep you posted!

Another one that is good fixed that way is the Garden Burger one that

is pizza flavored, I think. You'll recognize it when you see it in the

case. I'm not a huge fan of the plain garden burgers, but the ones

with added flavor can be really scrumptuous, I think. I put sliced

tomatoes and mozz on top of a heated one until the cheese melts, and

stick the whole thing on a whole wheat bun. Mmmm!
